Chromatic Aberration in Astrophotography can be mitigated using the Chromatic Aberration tool in most image-processing software. For example, you can use the Chromatic Aberration Removal tool in PaintShop Pro. I don't think you will need specialised software designed for Astrophotography to remove the aberration. You can easily find detailed online video tutorials on how to do this.
